So it's been a week at the Supreme Court of real law and the kind of real law we don't cover here.

Yes. Yes. So we were kind of caught on awareness on Monday because it was an opinion day.

We on Monday were fired up. We were ready.

And there were opinions rolling in from the Supreme Court. It looked like a number of opinions were coming in. And in fact, a number of opinions were coming in and not one of them really of the slightest bit of interest to either one of us, to either one of us or to maybe any single one of our listeners.

And then, you know, what had happened is we had dropped the ball. We were, we had planned to talk Supreme Court on Monday.

We did not have a backup plan. And so we thought, you know what? Monday would be a good day to take off.

But today, we were smarter. Today, we have a contingency. Even though the Supreme Court issued an opinion that is really meaningless to our lives dealing with the federal rule of a pellet procedure, 39D.

We have a lot to talk about today. So we can't prepare this time. No, we got flat footed by scotas today. Uh-uh.
