Brian today. As you heard earlier in the show on this final Supreme Court opinion day of the term,

the court weighed in on the question of

former President Trump's immunity from prosecution over his attempts to block the

results of the 2020 election. It was a six- three decision along ideological lines with Chief Justice Roberts, writing the majority opinion.

We're joined again by Aziz-Huck Professor of Law at the University of Chicago Law School,

and author of the forthcoming The Rule of Law,

have to apply as new rules of constitutional law.
