0:12.1	126 House former GOP members and Trump himself, what they all already knew. You have no case,
0:22.8	because you have no proof. You have no right and you will get no relief. The entire court agreed.
0:32.4	Let me read. The State of Texas's motion for leave to file a bill of complaint is denied
0:38.8	for lack of standing under Article 3 of the Constitution. Texas has not demonstrated a
0:45.0	judicially cognizable interest in the manner in which another state conducts its elections.
0:51.5	All other pending motions are dismissed as moot. What does that mean? You have no right to sue,
0:59.1	because you have no business saying you don't like how another state ran its election and
1:05.0	because there has been no damage to you because you don't show any proof of anything wrong.
1:13.1	Which by the way is a decision that is a clear affirmation of federalism, states, rights,
1:20.1	which used to be a conservative tenant. You see, that's where you see the death of the Republican
1:27.2	party into this zombie form of retrumpelican. They have forgotten who they are because of their
1:35.5	field to one man. Now, they didn't even need to hear anymore the justices. It doesn't get any
1:43.1	worse than this. You're not even going to get a hearing. You don't deserve one. However,
1:48.3	this is a big win if you love this country and democracy. In that way, it doesn't get any better
1:54.4	than this. That's what won the Wii over the Wii of Trump. Now, the retrumpelicans and those
2:02.9	desperate to disown democracy will say, wait a minute, wait a minute, two dissented. That is not
2:09.6	true. Again, we read the statement of Justice Alito with whom Justice Thomas joins. In my view,
2:17.3	we don't have discretion to deny the filing of a bill of complaint in a case that falls within
2:24.1	our original jurisdiction. They then cite a case. I would therefore grant the motion to file the
2:30.4	bill of complaint, but would not grant other relief and I express no view on any other issue.
