0:42.1 | whether or not a president is a king. Now that they needed to take a swing at whether or not a president is a |
0:43.4 | king. Not that they would leave the issue alone because it was correctly |
0:46.7 | decided by a trial court and an appeals court. No, they apparently felt it was |
0:51.1 | necessary for them to weigh in on this issue too. |
0:54.0 | And yet, as of this past week, they opted not to rule on it, |
0:57.3 | meaning that we'll get an answer this week, the final days of the term. |
1:01.5 | And in the immediate aftermath of no ruling on immunity, there was a |
1:05.1 | predictable uproar considering, as I mentioned before, it is bad enough that they took |
1:09.4 | this case in the first place, much less that they've waited so long to release this ruling. |
1:13.8 | And yet, that's the part that I think everybody's missing. |
