0:47.7	news. David, get a started, man. Well, this is something that comes out of the U.S. Supreme
0:52.5	Court. It's one of the recent decisions,
0:55.0	but the downstream effect is fairly substantial. We've seen what has happened that Trump
1:01.1	has been working very actively to shut down states who are giving driver's licenses out
1:06.4	to illegals, especially trucking licenses, et cetera. What you have is that federal transportation,
1:12.1	there has been a federal rule that says the states cannot do anything that hinders the
1:18.4	routes or rate controls or service equipment or delivery of things on federal highways.
1:23.9	States don't get to regulate that. And so what that had meant was that trucking companies that
1:29.3	send trucks down the highway. If there are accidents, you can't necessarily sue that trucking
