I wore my Stop the U.S. War Machine shirt at the park.

And unfortunately, the only person who came to talk to me about it was a Jehovah's Witness.

It was just really weird.

It was like it was kind of a sampling size of, I think, the larger population that really were up against a really big wall here

of just complete either ignorance or just people who totally tuned out about what's going on.

Like when you say that the U.S. is an empire, people think you're talking about Star Wars and

just wearing that shirt in the Bay Area, you would think that more people would, like,

give you a thumbs up or high five or something, and it was just like nothing.

Or just zomified stairs the entire day.

Yeah.

And fun fact, the founder of the Jehovah's Witness religion became immediately popular as a prophet. His followers thought he was prophetic

because his followers thought that he predicted World War I. And after that is when the

religion sort of exploded. So it's weird that the Jehovah's witnesses have always had like a

fixation around war and Christian scientists too. I mean certain bizarre Christian religions are good on war. Christian scientists too. I mean, certain bizarre Christian religions are good on war.
