A affirmative action could be going by, bye, bye, at least as it relates to colleges.

So Supreme Court yesterday heard oral arguments, two different cases, basically the same

thing though they relate to affirmative action.

One was at the University of North Carolina, one is at Harvard.

And again, for those of you who may not be aware, affirmative action is related to colleges

specifically, is the ability to give preferential treatment to a student based on their race.

And are you talking about simply acceptance or are you talking about scholarship all of

that?

Acceptance into the colleges.

And at the crux of this really is a large group of Asian students who have been punished

based on the affirmative action scales of places like Harvard.

So the weird thing about this is while, yes, white students are adversely affected

by this, it is really primarily Asian students who have been the most impacted and they are

the core of this case.

That are wanting affirmative action drops.

Right.

Because they're saying we're getting screwed based on this bizzaro scoring system that these

universities have.
