0:20.4	So breaking news about Roe v. Wade abortion, fascinating story. Of course, you're being misled in the
0:28.0	extreme about the story and we will not do that here. There is hysteria in the air and that is
0:37.0	the subject of the talking points memo. So I'm going to give you the big picture and then the
0:42.4	likely outcome. All right. So the first thing is this story broke at 8.30 Eastern time last night
0:53.0	and the cable news people who were on a prime time scrambled and of course they had no blank and
0:59.0	clue what really happened but that doesn't stop them. So there's a lot of it disinformation,
1:05.1	misinformation, whatever you want to do call it from the jump. So when the story broke, someone from
1:12.3	inside the Supreme Court most likely in the chambers of the three liberal judges took a draft
1:21.4	from Samuel Alito, one of the conservative judges, about the abortion case the Supreme Court is
1:30.2	hearing right now. So Alito had written a draft. Here's opinion on the subject and we'll get into
1:38.2	what the subject was at the moment. So that draft was taken because it's distributed to all nine
1:44.8	judges including Alito wrote it obviously but the other eight. And so we took it and sent it to
1:50.8	Politico which is an online news thing. Politico put it right out. Now that's never happened before.
1:59.1	There's never been a leak at that level at the Supreme Court and it threw everything into chaos
2:06.7	because a draft is not a ruling. Okay. It's just the way Alito is seeing it on May 2.
2:16.1	Not the way the final ruling will come down but it's interesting there's no doubt about it.
2:22.3	There's no doubt about it. So the first thing is Supreme Court issues a statement which I'm going to
2:27.5	read to you right now. Quote, Justice is circulated draft opinions internally as a routine and
2:33.4	essential part of the court's confidential deliberative work. Although the document described in
2:38.7	yesterday's reports is authentic it does not represent a decision by the court or the final
2:44.4	position of any member on the issues in the case on quote. In addition the Chief Justice John
