this is a law that would force immigration agents and law enforcement officers to display ID while on duty and can't wear face masks.

Okay.

Now, considering this is California, what a shocker.

And this is in direct response to ICE agents, and you've seen them as they enforce immigration laws.

You can see them wear masks. Very few of them, you can see their faces.

So California passes this law. Says, no, you can't do it.

Well, here's the problem. Those ICE agents are federal agents.

Now, they can go all day with California police officers and a California

Highway Patrol and local police departments. But this is the feds. And what the court said is,

I don't know what you think the supremacy clause does, but federal law trumps anything on the state level. And unless federal law says

it, ICE can do whatever the hell it wants, unless it's, of course, unconstitutional. Well, there's

nothing constitutional about whether you do or not wear face masks. And there's a reason for it.

Because if something is wrong, who do you go after?

If there is a wrongdoing by a federal agent, there should be able to know who it is. But the bottom

line is, a state cannot pass a law that involves a federal agent or federal agency. You can't do it. And so the Ninth Circuit

Court of Appeals slapped down the law. That's it. Because it said it a ruling, the measure

attempts to directly regulate the federal government. And that's exactly what is, it attempts to do. No, thank you. Supremacy law of, uh,

the people of the state of or people of the United States and its constitution. All right,
