We're going to dive into this first topic, which is fear. Again, we had more than 500 of you,

0:06.5

almost 600 of you, respond to the survey, what is hard about the big move you want to make.

0:11.9

And the responses came in four categories, fear, finances, consistency, and clarity.

0:19.2

And I want to address fear first tonight because I feel like it's a thread

0:23.4

through every other category that when we are afraid, it just shows up in all kinds of ways.

0:30.9

So I want to start there and it will be a continued unfolding conversation as we go through

1:39.7

1:46.1

1:52.7

we've seen some reports of coyotes in residential areas lately and I'm outside and I see a coyote

1:58.7

coming. If I have a taser on me or a bear spray, I might get mad and start spraying.

2:06.4

But if I'm defenseless, I'm going to more likely respond in fear.

2:10.8

So anger is often our response when we feel like we can handle this threat.

2:14.7

But fear is when things are so uncertain and we don't feel like we have

2:19.2

the power or control to handle it. And so many of you said that you felt a sense of fear as you
