If you're an international banker

at the very, very, very, very top of the food chain

and you're like, you know, doing the reports

and having your flunkies like read the things

and do the analysis and it's the outlook not so good.

Outlook is quite bad.

And if you're confronted with that problem,

you will decide and you will try to convince

everyone else at the top of the food chain

that radical restructuring needs to happen like yesterday.

And furthermore, that you have to find a way to do it

that doesn't cause the whole system to collapse

while you're restructuring it

or to destroy the legitimacy

or the perceived authority of that system.
