There is a certain schadenfreude, of course, that comes with watching super wealthy people lose their super toys.

These sanctions that are coming down on these oligarchs are incredibly important

in terms of hopefully bringing to an end Putin's war in Ukraine.

Ever tougher sanctions are being leveled at Russia

and the allies of President Putin in retaliation for his invasion of Ukraine.

I've never seen anything like this. It is harsh, it is smart, and there is cooperation between a number of leading nations.

which is close to where she lives, looking at its gorgeous array of extremely expensive

and often Russian-owned yachts.

This is one of the largest shipyards in Europe, specifically made to handle large luxury yachts. I see a number of ships here,

Valerie, which is a yacht reportedly owned by Sergei Chamezov, who is a Russian oligarch,

who was actually sanctioned by the United States this week.

I live in Barcelona, and so down in the port there, there are a number of very large yachts, and not just Russian ones.
