Today is the 125th birthday of the Vicksburg National Military Park, which of course is an iconic location down there in Vicksburg. But there's a lot more to do in my hometown than just the park. We're going to tell you about some of the great stuff that's happening in Vicksburg throughout

the show, but we have to start over at the Humphrey Coliseum, an absolutely massive game tonight

between two teams that, well, they don't much like each other.

I think that's why Richard Cross did not promote this program before he got off the air.

He's, you know, he's already letting that hatred seep into his soul between Mississippi

State and Ole Miss, but they will have round two of their basketball series tonight,

tick-tipping off just over two hours from now at the hump.

A game that, you know, when we went to the pavilion a few weeks ago in Oxford,

that was a tremendous college basketball game, Ole Miss, getting the win, 86, 82 over the Bulldogs.

I will be surprised personally if the scoring is that high again.
