What are we going to talk about tonight? Well, Mississippi State football is on the off week. We were trying to get away from biweek. I want to see if we can get a consensus on this. It's an off week. A by week means that they would advance. They don't advance. It's just another regular season game next week. And not in the postseason. So it's an off week. Coming off of a win, that's a good thing. Stayed desperately needed that. But if you watch the game, and obviously we've talked about it a great deal on sports talk. We talked about a great deal on the Thunder and Lightning podcast.

I mean, not a great game. There's just no getting around that fact of life. State played poorly defensively for the fourth game, fifth game in a row, really. Offensively, they did plenty. They did enough. I don't have a whole lot of complaints with the way the offense played to put 41 on the board

and we're in position to put 48 on the board.
