Hello. Jeff, coming out hot. What's up with you? What's new?

Things are good, man. Mountain running season. Things are starting to dry out. I got my first taste of the easy access trail running that Salt Lake City has to offer

last week while I was there for work. Truly remarkable. What's the letter grade? A plus. I mean,

honestly, I was thinking about the best places I've ever been for mountain running and like,

Mallorca was up there from a trip I did earlier this year, and Salt Lake

is definitely up there. It's so crazy how much vert there is and like how easy the trailheads

are to access and stuff. Like, I was shook. And I went up Olympus and it's like super fun

technical trails toward the top of, you know, top of the climb up to the saddle there.

I had a great time. It was even like snowing and windy and terrible weather. And I was like, this is where I want to be.

It's like, it's like one of the truest definitions of door to trail.

And the Bonneville shoreline trail is just like, what a concept.

I'm like looking around.

I'm like, can we just build a trail all the way across all the mountains around here?

But private ranchers and stuff might have a differing opinion on that one.

Where Caleb Wilson lives in Suncrest, it's like the southeast corner.

What's his address?

We're going to keep that off the airwaves, but he lives in the southeast corner of the Salt Lake Valley,

and he has basically every single option and discipline for trail running outside his door.

He can do Black Canyon, Canyon style training, Western States.

His front door, like amazing Western States training, but then he can jog three miles and
