Well, first, they believe any noise they have is a demon.

there's there's a lot out there i tell people 70 to 80 percent of our cases are not paranormal. They're mental illness,

addiction, fear, grief, trauma. There's so many different things out there that can cause

things to react just like paranormal activity. So it's important to know things outside of the paranormal in order to help people,

you know, the correct way. Yeah. That's interesting to think when you try to take a call or an

email and people are reaching out to you for help, you have to make sure they're getting the help that they need.

So how can you tell the difference between something that may be perhaps in their head

versus something that is not in their head and can be observed and investigated?

Well, when we first initially talk to them, first of all, I have a form on my website that is very

long, makes them fill out a lot, a lot of information. It also helps weed out people who are,

you know, trying to not fake it, but, you know, maybe over-exaggerate. they don't want to fill out the whole form but

then when they get on with us and we do an initial intake with them we actually spend anywhere from

one to three hours talking to them so that we can get everything that they've experienced we want
