All right, I'm really excited about today's episode. I am joined by Medina's director of

grounds. Steve Cook. Steve joined Medina a couple years ago. He came from

Oakland Hills where he held the same role as Director of Grounds and before that he was at the Wakanda Club in Iowa.

Steve has had a ton of tournament experience and obviously a lot of experience managing big team so it was fun to talk to him

about leadership in his career which has included stops and even France so without
