Today, I am joined by Devon Carroll. She is a PhD student at the University

Tennessee and their turf weed science program. And Devon came on to talk about

a paper that she wrote recently during her studies. It is women and turf,

a qualitative study examining how women have sustained their leadership role

in the turf grass industry. So I thought this would be a very interesting

topic. Given turf, you know, one of the turf's biggest challenges is labor

and a shortage in labor and talking about women and turf.
