So, NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg, he's in Kiev today and the immediate

vicinity. He's first visit to Kiev since the full scale invasion.

He has been touring around. He's been up to Butcher, the region or the suburb, really,

just to the north of Kiev, which was the scene of so many of those atrocities that have
