| 0:00.0 | Love this dude. It is Jay Glazer. My throat is wrecked because it's Thursday, Super Bowl Week Radio Row, and I haven't stopped talking since I got here. |
| 0:19.0 | You sound exactly the same. No, I don't. I sound terrible. Jay, I sound terrible. You're very nice man. I sound terrible. I feel terrible. But I'm happy to see you. That's all that matters. This is like your sex voice, like your sex line voice, right? When I'm trying to turn it on, Jay Glaser? Yeah. Do you have one of those? |
| 0:38.1 | No, I don't. |
| 1:04.4 | You knew I was going to ask those since you brought it up. Jay, what are you doing this week? What are you here for? I'm here for. I'm here for. Calvary. I'm here for Calvary. You know, I've done this for the last couple of years for ADHD awareness. and I a, look, I've been on for different mental health issues between depression, anxiety, and ADHD and bipolar and all these, but on over 35 meds and none of worked. |
| 1:09.7 | And I found one for ADHD called Kelbury where, you know, I got diagnosed in 1989. |
| 1:10.3 | Right. |
| 2:01.5 | And back then, they put you on all these stimulants. When you got, for me, this is my story. When you got depression and anxiety and they put you on stimulants. Not good? You go up and then you go bad. Yeah. And then for me, bad means violence. It's bad. Right. And it's not good. It's dark. So I've been on anything. And by the way, like, weed doesn't work for me. I train Whisk Gleaf and Snoop Dogg. If there's ever a guy who should be on weed, it's me. I have a, oh, the KK and chronic I want. I can't use any of it. What's it due to you? When you tried it. Paranet, parent it. Really? Okay. And then I found Calabry, which you take it night and what you never do is stimulants, right? Right. So at night, so it gets like the 19 roommates in my head are all talking. |
| 2:18.6 | I have an argument at night. Yes. It gets to where it's down like two. And I could like calm down at night, called the Kelbury Com. And the next day also it helps where if I, let's say when I didn't take it, I'd be on Fox NFL Sunday, the second segment, but I'm on the third. You know, I'm talking to America here, but I'm thinking about third. |
| 2:18.9 | Yes. |
| 2:20.6 | Couldn't slow it down, couldn't calm it third. You know, I'm talking to America here, but I'm thinking about third. |
| 2:18.7 | Yes. |
| 2:19.1 | Couldn't slow it down, couldn't calm it down. |
| 2:20.6 | You can't get your mind to relax. I doubt, you know, I do now. But I also want for anybody out there who is listening, whereas children with ADHD, or you have it, I want you to understand what it is. It's like if I'm listening to something that I'm not interested in, like a college |
| 2:37.6 | lecture or in a class or whatever, or this interview, it's like you're drowning. It really |
| 2:46.9 | feels like that. Like you're drowning. And the only way for me to get a breath of fresh air is to disrupt the class, is to talk, is to having outburst, is to do something with somebody. And, man, there's no other way. And I got punished every single week in my life growing up. You think I want to get punished every week? No. I'm not capable of focusing. I'm just not, right? So for me to, and back then, they told me how to learn a disability. I'm going to learn a disability. I just don't learn the way you teach. And it's funny because I just talked to a bunch of kids going to the combine. And I said, explain to your coaches. When you go meet with these teams, explain how you learn. We all learn |
| 3:24.8 | differently. Don't let them put you in a box. I was in that box, right? So for me, again, |
| 3:30.4 | for me to find something finally that helps me in any of my mental health issues. But this |
| 3:36.1 | with my ADHD has been huge. So, Jay, this is interesting to me because I have ADHD. |
| 3:42.6 | Okay. |
| 3:43.0 | I take Adderall. Yeah. And they normally say you take it right in the morning on an empty stomach, which I don't know if that's the right way or the wrong way, but it's what I've been taking, and it's kind of work for me, but you're telling me this is, you have found something that is better and different, And it's interesting to me that you're taking it at night. |
| 3:57.2 | At night, right? |
| 3:58.0 | Yes. |
