Summary

Lisa Roberts has been a professional triathlete since 2009, and is the current course record holder for IM Cozumel and IM Louisville. She has heaps of top-5 finishes in both Ironman and Challenge events, most recently winning Challenge Venice in 2018 and Challenge Madrid in 2017. She found her way to triathlon after a successful collegiate distance running career.

On today's show, Taren and NTK chat with Lisa about her natural aptitude for the sport, about training alongside Daniela Ryf, and about her love for mini-Mars chocolates.
