It's not been a great starting month to the year, especially if you're in Minnesota,

particularly around the Minneapolis area.

And the news has been hard to sort of, I don't want to say work through,

but it's sort of draining I don't want to say work through but it's it's it's sort of um draining it's a gut

punch one after the other and yeah it's a churn of awful disgusting news uh it's like being

grabbed by an undertow you it's hard to escape from that.

And you try to get on with the rest of your things you have going on,

but you just,

it's hard to,

at least for me,

it was very hard and difficult to like get anything else done for like when,

when,

when Renee Good was killed, it's January 7th, and then only, what, four days ago on January 24th when Alex Preti was killed, it seemed like all my attention and energy could not be split away from the events.

Because obviously, me and you and others are like very concerned about things.

So it's tough to like, okay, let's get back to like everyday life.

Then maybe the realization comes as like, well, what does that even mean now?

I don't know.

And that's probably what the more I'm struggling with and a lot of people are.

So, um, yeah, I, it's, it's, it's, I, I, I almost feel like I could have saw this coming.
