I can't eat anymore, well, as we know, as we know, like during, if I'm doing this, if I'm on a film set, like every day they come up and go, oh, do you, what do you want for lunch? Okay, nothing. I don't like lunch. If I have lunch, I just want to sleep for the rest, for the second half of the day. You don't like lunch. I love lunch. For me, food is like a reward.

So I basically want, I mean, I love lunch. For me, food is like a reward.

So I basically want, I mean, I have bad eating habits, but it's like, what I want to do is I want to get up. I want to have absolutely shitloads of coffee and basically like some other sort of fuel. I do think I sort of invented bulletproof coffee. Like when I was at school, I would get up and I would have butter, like, toast, like drenched in butter and like, like, rocket fuel strength coffee. And actually, that is basically what the silicon value. They were like, have coffee with fat in it. Basically, caffeine and fat is essentially what you need in the morning. So I was like, so I invented that. Yeah. Some people put butter in their coffee.

I don't know if that was a wind up actually. No, they do know. That's, it's called bulletproof coffee. That's what it is. That's what it is. It's like, that's what it was like bulletproof coffee. I was like, yeah, tell me about it, mate. Yeah. Where have you been? Where have you been? I used to, when I was working at Matalan, when I was 16, and I'd be like, college,

say college, it was a musical theatre, college.

During the day.

Matalan, five till nine. Um, and I used to be so tired. It would be so tired. And I didn't have any

money. And there used to be a coffee machine. But they, there was two things there that were free, sugar and water.

And I used to just put loads and loads of sugar in a cup of water and just stir it into it.

Yeah.

And just drink a couple of cups of that to try and get me through the shift.

I would describe that as a short-term way of eating.
