I just want to... real quick, this guy's showing the viewership of the Super Bowl and the World Cup.

$123.4 million for the Super Bowl, 5 billion for the World Cup.

5 billion.

Super Bowl viewers, 123 million.

That's a crazy discrepancy.

But how accurate is it really? For starters, we're comparing a single game to a month-long

tournament, so let's trim the fat.

FIFA claims its latest final had a global reach of one and.5 billion people.

Conversely, the Chiefs successfully broke the all-time American

viewership record during Super Bowl 58, drawing a hundred and twenty-point-four

million live average viewers.

But here's the thing.

As data metrics, these numbers represent two completely different things.

Global Reach equals total potential audience exposed to watching something at a given time.

This includes social media, whereas live average audience is the amount of people watching something at a given time.

So there's obviously more value in a viewer watching live than having your reach.

Right. Because if we want to break it down, I get more views than the Super Bowl.

But those views are not worth nearly as much as even one ad on a Super Bowl. But I also want to talk because people always who

are soccer fans, yeah I'm gonna call it soccer, they always like the crap on the Super Bowl because they get more views for soccer.
