Great to have everybody hanging out with us here. And we are here to recap the Super Bowl. Super Bowl 60 is in the books, and it proves two years in a row that the Super Bowl is not a safe place for anyone named Drake. Just want you to know that.

The Seattle Seahawks defense put on a show.

The New England Patriots defense certainly gave it everything they had.

Christian Gonzalez was terrific.

They really did everything they could to try to keep this one close for as long as they could. But the Seattle Seahawks defense dominated the Patriots offense and too many turnovers

in the second half ended up ending the story of the Cinderella Patriots in 2025 slash

2026.

And it occurred to me, gentlemen, how lucky we are.

I, a Patriots fan, have seen a lot of winning in my life, one of the winningest

organizations. Scott Bogman, a Steelers fan, also one of the most winning organizations in the

history of the NFL. And Welsh, a 49er fan who knew greatness in the 80s into the mid-90s

and then a rebirth in the last couple years. We have it good, my friends, because as Bogman asked me before coming on the show, you stop up with your tears, Joey? And I said, no, no tears. It's all good. Cinderella, you know, turned into a pumpkin or whatever the hell. And it was a fun run while it lasted. Scott Bogman, let's get your take here.

Let's start with you today.

Obviously, a lot of people said this was a boring Super Bowl. That's because they don't like defense. It's a beautiful Super Bowl. You like defense. What were your thoughts? It was a beautiful Super Bowl. Anytime the Patriots losing the Super Bowl, the Super Bowl is beautiful. I'll say that. but no, it, you know, it like it livened up in the second half for sure. But that first half was, it was brutal. It was brutal to see these

quarterbacks. Like I wasn't sure San Donald was going to make it through the game after that

first quarter. I mean, he got hit on like every single drop back. They were really punishing

him. But they, they adjusted, started with those quick

outs, started running Ken Walker into that mess, and it really worked out for them.

And their defense played impeccable. They really harassed Drake May all night. So it was a fine
