Let's go.

Dudes on Dudes is a production of I Heart Radio. Alcatraz. That's the Alcatraz Island, right? Yeah. That's what it's called. Oh, the rock. Have you ever been there? The rock? No, but the rock, the movie. You would actually enjoy it. Yeah, I'm like, holy shit. There's no prisoners there anymore.

1:12.8

No, the prison's been out of for years, but it's a fun tour. Oh, man. I got to go on the tour. That was one of my favorite, if not my favorite action movie growing up as a kid. Who doesn't love the rock? Yeah. I got to learn about the city. I don't know too much. I just actually learned about the Bay Bridge, the bridge, the bridge I went over because I landed in Oakland.

1:13.7

That was really cool.

1:11.8

How long is that? Come on. Give me some history.

1:16.3

The Bay Bridge goes to Treasure Island, then it goes to Oakland. So what's Treasure Island? Because down in

1:21.4

St. Petersburg, there's an island called Treasure Island as well. That's the island we went to in high

1:25.7

school with our baseball team. Treasure Island, I believe, if it is Treasure Island that goes through the Bay Bridge,

1:32.3

that's where all the federal, like, military people lived back in the day. And to this day,

1:37.7

it's all, like, government-issued families. Okay. So I think it's anyone to do with the military

1:43.0

or anything to work with the government. They all live on Treasure Island. And then it goes to Oakland. There's like two bridges in the Bay Bridge. The Bay Bridge is the big one. Then you have the San Mateo Bridge, which is over where I grew up, which is seven miles long. Okay. So you're near there. And then there's the Golden Gate Bridge. Yeah, that's the bridge. That's the shorter bridge. That's the red bridge. Yeah. That's the beautiful bridge. It's the

2:04.4

longest suspension bridge in, uh, in the world. So it's hanging. It's hanging. And it, and the crazy thing is

2:12.4

in 1989 when we had the huge earthquakes, the newer Bay Bridge that had like the state of the

2:19.6

art stuff collapsed while the older bridge, the Golden Gate, which was like the longest

2:27.8

suspension bridge, nothing happened.

2:30.5

Wow.
