And a lot of stuff continues to go on 30 other teams, making their off season plans thrilled to be joined by my friend, my ringer colleague who I get to see in person this week.

I'm great. She all what you did not mention is that you and I are the Girl Scout cookie dealers of Super Bowl Week. That is what you and I also have in common addition to all of the ringer co worker stuff.

I forgot to deliver my daughters to the athletics Bowl Wolf back in Philadelphia. So you know I was tasked with you got to pack that up and you got to deliver it. Take it all the way to Phoenix and deliver it to Bow Wolf, which I did yesterday.

So that's out on my suitcase for the rest of the week. But we are talking Eagles chief. Let's start with it. We're just going to go headlines. We're doing headlines for the show will finish with a mail bag question.

But we're here. This has consumed our lives for the last three days or so going to availability. Talking to players, talking to coaches will of course have the big ringer NFL preview show with our colleagues later in this week.
