I don't know if we have that kind of leadership from top down.

And where everybody's buying into what the leaders are showing them and teaching them and working

with them.

And I'm not sure if coaches themselves are all on the same page,

are all coaches trying to figure out a way to just display with their talent

so they can go get a head coach some other place.

I don't know what's going on in that regard.

So I think people come into the Cowboys organization truly with not the right intentions.
