Alright, we will be getting it's not kidding. Memphis we will be getting to the people who book who book my schedule which today was seven different hits on four shows because we love the Lakers and that's when they're in a mess.

But we're not talking about that we're going to start off talking about the sons although we will be getting to the game that McMahon is going to cover on Friday because those two teams are two of the more interesting teams are nearly going here.

I sure hope not. The sons beat the wolves on Wednesday night they're not eight and three and that's in and of itself not that big of a deal they're one of the best teams on the league but they've had some some drama this year and recently it's been injuries.

So they lost Cam Johnson for four to six weeks. He had knee surgery earlier this week. Bantemps you saw the sons was it Monday in Philly Monday Monday night in Philadelphia.

Again they lost they have had a home a home heavy schedule early on they're on a road trip right now. But Chris Paul is dealing with heel soreness and he missed him in a soda game and then he talked to him after the game what did he what he say and did you believe it.

I mean he was very reticent to speak to me and Dwayne Rankin from the Arizona Republic did his best to not speak to us and run away but we got to say about 10 words and the very short version was so how to be deal and I'm fine.

I didn't plan Wednesday in Minnesota where they got slot where they slaughtered the walls which will get to in a bit but.

I was looking even before that game and even watching that game I mean I think the Chris Paul situation in general sum an issue is not something serious I think the Chris Paul situation is a problem for Phoenix this year I mean you look at his numbers across the board and you know he's in his age 37 season his points per game are way down under 10 a game for the first time in his career.

It's just bounced up a little bit to 11 I mean his average 11 siss again but he's he's to 27% from 3 you shoot 36% from the field he you know it seems pretty clear that he has lost a bit of a step and for his good is the sons have been early and they've carried over you know they're right.

Go season play from the last couple of seasons I think we all would agree for them to be the team they want to be in the playoffs they need to Chris Paul from the New Orleans series in the beginning of the Dallas series and not the one that showed up in was a game three McMahon when things went side was not serious games 3 through 7 right so like yeah.

So whatever happened from game to on has carried over basically into this year and it you know again he'll issue with side obviously if he's got a real injury it's a problem but even before that he has not look like you know the guy with who's going to play at the level they need him to well the shooting is what's so remarkable because he's always been an efficient shooter.

He had that game in the playoffs last year where he went like 17 of 17 I was you know Chris isn't always 100% truthful with the media is that a fair way to say.

He got a wrap on his thumb I'll be fine he's out for six weeks he went like 15 of 15 or 17 is that some crazy number in the close out game and I remember asking him he there was a there was a shot at the end of a quarter where he passed it and another guy heaved it and I said to him boys a good thing you didn't he that because then you ended up setting an NBA record and he goes I eat it he like he was good nature to about it but he was like I would have taken that shot I don't care if I'm two or two or two or 10 I'm always shooting.
