Summary

A fun melange, first we catch up with our observations on the Suns and whether they can make the playoffs. Then a new feature as we will each eliminate a team from making the playoffs each week the rest of the year. The meat of the show is John and Nate rating the league’s proposed schedule changes, including reseeding the Final 4, a mid-season tournament, and a play-in tournament for the 7th and 8th seeds. We hit a couple of mailbag questions about which extensions are looking better or worse and Fred Van Vleet’s market next summer. Finally, an extended discussion on player development and how to use the G-League.
