Farmers, torch Ireland government proposal to slaughter 200,000 cows to meet EU climate change goals.

I don't know why Elon Musk is in that title.

But basically, Ireland is reportedly considering a call of 65,000 cows per year for the next three years.

Because of climate change, sparking fears of a famine.

Wasn't it like 170 years ago they had a potato famine?
