Maliolo was hired to work at CrossFit.

I think he was in the training department before that.

And then Eric Rosa hired him.

And he's flourished in that environment of gobbly

good corporate talk that never says anything and just stays above the water line at all

at all times and never says anything that anyone can glom onto. Do you guys understand what I'm

talking about? Do you know that kind of talk? It's the talk that when you say something, but you don't actually say anything, and then the person who's listening fills in the talking points with what they think that the speaker is saying.

They call it reading between the lines.

Right.

And really, it's just bullshit.

It's that you're afraid to really say anything because you have no values, you have no

mission, you have nothing going on. And so you're just trying to appease everyone and play it safe.
