Hey, guys, welcome to our next session on Real Talk with Parents and Teens.

I have a little bit of a weird venue here.

I'm at the airport. I'm in one of these phone booth type rooms and just trying to be diligent with my time and wanted to talk to you

for a few minutes about priorities when it comes to parents and teens.

And just think about the topic of priorities.

I mean, every one of us would like to think that we operate our lives according to priorities.

Like what is most important?

And yet if we would be honest with ourselves, I mean, you might be a teen listening to this,

but this is true of us parents as well, and grandparents, for that matter,

is that it is so easy to get out of priority. So I want to talk about five statements.

We've done this for each one of our sessions. We've talked about principles about the topic,

whether it be boundaries or communication or authenticity and now priorities.

We'll talk about some principles and then really how did Christ,

how did Jesus teach us how to operate our busy lives by Godly priorities?

And I'll say this, teens, the most important thing for you to establish in your life early is good priorities and good habits.

You show me good habits in a young person. I will show you a great destiny over time.
