series that's near and dear to my heart and my passion for telling women's stories.

Today, I'm dropping the very first episode of Birth with Baby List into your feeds.

What I love the most about this podcast is that we gathered a group of truly incredible experts

to give fact-based information to hundreds of questions that real women had about pregnancy

and giving birth.

There's an episode for every stage of giving birth,

from how do you know if you're in labor? What do labor pains actually feel like? To all of your

options for pain management. We get in the nitty-gritty of all of it. One of the episodes that I love

so much is the one where we talk about epidural versus no epidural, giving birth at home,

and all of the options around pain management, and debunking all of the crazy myths that are out

there about the different kinds of pain management. I'm going to link to the whole series in the show

notes, or you can just Google Birth with Baby List. This is the podcast that I wish that I had had when I was pregnant eight years ago.

And since I didn't, now I'm making it.

Now that I'm done, now that I'm finished with the breeding,
