and we have a bonus quote at the end of the episode but we'll begin with a quote from an unknown

every day is a new beginning stay away from what might have been and look at what can be

that's a good Monday quote is that we start of the

week yeah um yeah I think I am um I'm taking so many of your quotes personally

um because as many of you know she is the one that usually is responsible for pulling out

the quotes.

And I don't actually see them before we use them during morning run. And oftentimes they seem to be reflective of whatever my mood was or whatever you

ever you didn't like about my mood that morning.

So I'm taking all of these with a little grain of salt.

Sometimes it's also the news cycle or if there's a newsmaker,

so I don't always base it on what I'm hoping you can learn from the quote of the day,

FYI, but yes, you have become wise to some of my tactics.

But I did love this one.

Every day is a new beginning.

Stay away from what might have been and look at what can be.
