We're in the past hour that an American flight has taken off from Spain's Canary Islands,

bringing 18 people from the Dutch cruise ship that's at the center of a hanta virus outbreak.

The plane's headed to Washington's Dulles Airport and then a quarantine facility in Nebraska.

They have no symptoms.

They're just being monitors as a precaution, says the World Health Organizationlin this is not COVID this is not passing someone in a hallway in an

airport outside in a stadium and getting infected this is every case can be

explained either through the original rodent exposures that are happening

as we speak in South America or through close contact with a sick person.

Iran's rejected a U.S. proposal to win the war. President Trump calls that response unacceptable.

The proposal was for Iran to unblock the Strait of Hormuz and then the U.S. would end the blockade of Iranian ports.

ABC's Tom Sufi Burrage in Tel Aviv. The Iranians are remaining defiant and we've seen them flexing their muscles today to some extent. Not, I think, at the same level as earlier in the week. Thursday night we saw a very significant exchange between the US military and the Iranians in and around the Strait of Hormuz. Today, though we've heard from the United Arab Emirates, they say that the Iranians have fired drones and missiles at their territory.

We've also heard from the Qataris, a similar statement, and we've also heard heard from the Kuwaitis.

Oil prices are $98 a barrel, up nearly 3% in U.S. trading.

Global oil is at $104, also up nearly 3%.
