And if you listen often enough, you'll realize this is a different format than the one we do all week long. During the week, I'm on for an hour, usually with an interview, talking to a leader, an author, or somebody. On Sundays, it's just you and me, baby, we're just snuggling up with a cup of cozy,

leaning in and talking about something pertaining to walking intimately with God,

to a deeper life and a powerful life in Jesus.

Today I want to talk to you about strengthening yourself and the Lord,

especially when you're weary in battle.

You know, when the road is long and the sameness of it all

just starts to take a toll on your soul. Too often, especially in winter seasons of the soul,

where it seems like you go too long without seeing the sun and you're just grinding it out

and each day you wake up going, will the breakthrough ever come? Will the sun ever push

through the clouds? If you're there, today's message is especially for you. And if you know

someone who's there, maybe send this along to them as well. I woke up this morning feeling

exactly that same way. And I had a scheduled call with two of my intercessor, prayer warriors.

We pray every week. We do this thing where we just start, regardless of how we feel.

We follow the scripture in that we say. We enter his gates with Thanksgiving and his courts with

praise. So we just start out by thanking God for what's true about him, thanking God for the blessings in our lives.

And you just can't even believe what a difference it makes in your perspective when you gather,

because Jesus says we're two or more gathered.

I'm right there.

Like he's bending in ear.

He's moving on our prayers. He's fellowshiping with us.

I want you to imagine that. And as you're speaking Thanksgiving to God, you're speaking in agreement

with what Jesus is interceding for you because he intercedes for us day and night. And at times
