If you've listened to the show for a while, you notice this is a different format and it's kind of fun. I like it a lot. I love what I do during the week. I love that we have a full hour show with guests usually. But it's so fun to have this extra time, just you and I, grabbing a cup of cozy, snuggling up and having some deeper life

We've been walking a bit through my devotional, waking up to the goodness of God, 40 days toward healing and wholeness, and kind of overlaying it with the Lenton season. I want to talk today about the recipe for vitality.

I have a lot of passion about this. In fact, I wrote a book years ago called Your Sacred Yes,

about the idea that nothing wears us out faster than signing up for things God never asked us to do.

And in that book, I talk about three different kinds of yeses. And I did a lot of research on this,

and we went through significant burnout and learned some hard and valuable lessons many, many years

life. And it's been bearing fruit as far as our practices ever since then. They're just
