attack on the New York subway. Authorities say a man slash three people with a machete. Officers

That breakdown in negotiations between the U.S. and Iran, Vice President J.D. Vance leading the U.S. delegation in ceasefire talks with top Iranian leaders. It's the highest level of contact between the two sides in more than a decade. We have
