Summary

Chancellor Rishi Sunak outlined the government’s plan for rebuilding the economy today. But will it be enough? Adam and Laura are joined by the economist Stephanie Flanders. And we speak to the chief executives of Burger King and the house-building company Taylor Wimpey about what they think of the announcements.

Well, today we got Rishi Sunak, the Chancellor, giving his summer statement, his update about the economy and how the government are going to help get everything firing at all cylinders again.

And one of the things is cutting the VAT on hot food from restaurants from where it is now, 20% to 5%.

Now, to work out what this means, we've got the boss of Burger King in the UK,
