And then I didn't share this on the last episode. And as I was reflecting on what I said, I was like, damn it, I forgot to say that.

But if you Google it, Instagram was the most deleted app in 2023.

And I remember like watching the Light Workers Lounge following on Instagram just do do do do do and I was like,

wow, we're falling.

And I actually looked at it from a lens of I like this because this means I'm really getting

into alignment with someone that's a character of myself that's more authentic to my soul.

And I'm going to attract a more aligned audience.

But there was times where I was like, whoa, what am I doing?

I mean, I'm not posting as much because it just doesn't feel right.

So of course I would lose engagement in followers.
