With so many psyops in play, we are still being heard very loudly. Relevant and important details are now seen by the people. Waiting and watching what happens in Colorado. The Google suit is progressing, among others. How can a judicial system fall so flat. Riot recovery is not FEMA's job. How the insurrection act is invoked. State sovereignty is always retained. It's DC, not your state. The President has discretion. When military force was historically used against the public. Disaster scenarios and state laws. A biased high court of one state makes decisions for another state. Wishy washy definitions fuel political operations. Stick to your own lane. Adding enumerated rights is key. The Constitution is NOT a finite list of all rights. What is the legal status of the un-enumerated others? The focus was always on power, so judicial restraint was born.
