Hello Gabi here. Welcome to a special episode of the Midpoint. A lot of us are taking a break over the summer

0:10.9

so I thought it would be a good idea to take stock and listen back to

0:14.2

some of the brilliant conversations I've had with my guests over the last year also.

0:19.2

And speaking of taking a break, if you are heading away, remember you can always take

0:22.4

the midpoint on

0:23.2

1:13.0

Comedian Lee Mack gave up drinking, became vegan, and started exploring Buddhism in his 40s.

1:19.0

There's definitely a midlife crisis joke in there somewhere, but I'm going to leave that to the professionals.

1:23.2

All jokes aside though, I loved Lee's perspective on the potential for change in this phase of

1:27.9

our lives so we're going to kick things off with him.

1:30.9

Yeah I mean I'm very careful to talk about it is because it sounds like I am saying I'm a Buddhist

1:37.2

when in fact I'm interested in Buddhism and they did a podcast.
