This week we turn to International Falls, Minnesota, where Icebox Radio Theater makes its home.

Icebox produces shows year-round, just as we do.

Their shows are an eclectic mix ranging from the very funny to the deeply chilling.

That is, if you got a fish house.

Summertime on the lake, you keep one eye on the sky all the time.

Thunderheads roll in, storms roll in.

Rainy lake, she can go from glass to the kind of water they write stories about pretty quick.

But in the winter, she's got a cap of ice.

Three foot thick in some places.

I know some folks think driving out on the ice is crazy, but they never been up here in January.

You stay away from the currents, you stay out of the depths, you're all right.

You can drive a truck or trailer, even bigger on some of these ice roads.

Don't even need to know the lake that good.
