Hello and welcome to Storytime for grownups. I'm Faith Moore, and this is Summer Session.

During season one, we read Jane Eyre by Charlotte Bronte. From now until September, we'll be

exploring Jane Eyre in once-a-week episodes, which will drop on Mondays, sort of like a college

class, only fun. If this doesn't sound like your thing,

don't worry. Storytime will be back with a new book in September. But for now,

brew a pot of tea, find a cozy chair episode from the beginning. It was in my

mind when I decided that we were going to do these summer sessions and this is just the right

place for it and I'm really excited to share it with you. It's an interview. But before I get to more

about that, I have a couple of housekeeping things. It is, you may have noticed, August,

and I have been saying all along that I was going to reveal the next book sometime in August,

and that is true. It is not going to be today. Sorry if I got your hopes up just there,

but it is going to be in August, and I would like to let you know when in August now that it is going to be.

On August 22nd, mark your calendars.

The trailer for season two of Storytime for grownups is going to be released.

So sit by your computer, sit by your phone for August 22nd. That's a Thursday.

So the trailer is going to come out as an additional little bonus for you during that week.

So you will get the trailer on August 22nd, and that will reveal what the next book is going to be

for season two. And then we'll talk a little bit more about that in the following

episode, which will be August 26th. Speaking of August 26th, that episode is going to be both a

kind of reveal of what the next book is after we've had the trailer, but also an AMA that's an

Ask Me Anything episode. And so I'm going to
