So I had a bit of an experience this week.

Due to circumstances that I will not get into, I did not have air conditioning in my apartment. And it was an emergency. Yes, it is a full emergency right now. It became an emergency. So I purchased one of those portable air conditioners. The guy was helping me get out of the store with it. And he, like, loaded it up into a cab that happened to be standing in front of the store. Great. I don't think this guy was paying attention.

I get in, slide the door closed. Oh, no, no. This isn't a cab. It's the shell of a cab. This is someone who is unaffiliated with the TLC and has either found in a junkyard or purchased a decommissioned cab. Oh, my God. And is now driving it. So can I tell you, this is where watching years and years of SVU really comes in handy. You know what? You're ready for anything? I call my friend. Uh-huh. And she has a husband named Justin. Okay. So I call my friend and I'm like, hi, are you and Stephen going to be at the house to meet me? Because I'm in a cab on my way home. Yeah. And she yes anded me in under she she got it. Women get it. Women are like, okay, you're in danger. She started asking me yes and no questions. Do I need to call the police? Yeah. So it worked out fine. Everything's fine. He was what

one would call a character. A real character. A real character. But I didn't know that for the first

five minutes. So here I am doing like full ops with my friend, sending her pictures from inside

the cab to be like in the event of my death is what this guy looks like i wish i could have

been that friend for you but i think i would have stumbled because i'm a man only women only women would

get it i'm so sorry no no i understand i'm glad you didn't call me i would have failed if i'd been like

how are you and your husband stephen you'd be like you called the wrong person who what are you talking about are you having a stroke do i need to call Stephen, you be like, you called the wrong person. Who? What are you talking about? Are you having a stroke? Do I need to call a doctor?
