Summer of Outside kickoff. And I know it might seem a little earlier to some of you, but I think

that Summer of Outside has become so important to this community. And I think it's now more crucial

than ever that I thought, you know what? It's April, but why the hell not this community and I think it's now more crucial than ever that I thought,

October. And I'm okay with that. Honestly, you can practice it year round. We'll get into it in a second.

I am at stagecoach. It is currently Friday morning and we drove in yesterday. I'm so excited. I'm here

with my cuties St. James Ice Tea. I love them. They're such a great brand. They just get it.

And I actually love their iced tea. I think I told you guys a couple of pods ago. I actually like to

drink it when I'm working out because it does have a little caffeine.

It gives me energy.

But I don't like carbonation when I work out because I don't know.

I just feel like it kind of is like jiggling around in my stomach then.

So I actually drink the iced tea because when it's super cold, it's really refreshing.

And you get just a little caffeine boost.

So that's actually what I have when I work out.

Fun fact.

We are staying at Lakeinta.

It's so nice.
