Two, starting next week, I'm going to be going to two podcasts a week because we're hitting

the dry months of the summer as we ramp back up toward training camp.

I'm going to get back up to three.

And then in training camp, I will be doing a podcast every day after practice to give

you a wrap up of what happened during the day,

a quick update just so you can stay informed and educated about what's going on with the commanders.

Also, I'll be having guests like Logan Paulson coming up soon over the next week or so,

hoping to get some other guests on here have some interviews with coaches including one with

Ron Rivera about Eric BNME then are going to play at some point as well so stay tuned for all that

even though it's going dry in the summer months I've still got stuff for you and then there's

going to be stuff on the sale whenever that finally gets approved or voted on, et cetera. Anyway, today is just a mailbag,

you and me, and I'm answering your question. So I'm going to try to get to as many as I can. I have.
