0:26.9	The concept is what's fair and equitable when teams have the ability to outspend other

0:37.0	We have spent plenty of time discussing salary caps, teams that have more money to spend,

1:30.3	Back in my day, this isn't that long ago, we're talking about the year 2000, why 2K?
1:40.0	We were beginning to see analytics matter, teams trying to get any sort of advantage they
1:50.4	could in order to help them win incremental games, hours of conversations with other GMs
1:59.6	and other team presidents about things that we could do that would give us an advantage
2:05.5	because contrary to what some of you may think, all that really mattered and all that
2:13.2	really matters is winning and money.
2:20.0	How do we win the most games spending the least amount of money?
2:28.9	Win, Otani is not an efficient way to win.
2:35.2	Signing Aaron Judgeback is not the right way for the Yankees to get better.
2:41.2	They say the same, it just costs more.
