Ladies and gentlemen welcome once again to Homemaker Sheik podcast. This is the

podcast where we are rescuing the art of homemaking from the daily grind. We are homemakers here. You are amongst good

company but even still in all this is a safe space. Amongst all this beautiful and blessed work that we get to do in our homes it gets a little

stodgy.

It's a little crusty, doesn't it, Angela?

I don't know what you're talking about. I just live on a cloud of no dust bunnies and a constantly empty sink.

I'm sure you do. I think I've called Angela three four times this week the house is just so

crusty it's so crusty and so we thought let's talk about decluttering and cleaning and maintaining our safe spaces today.

Wow. Yeah. We're like we've sort of just now, we've a slight turn towards the better in the kitchen

remodeling and so I find that I'm, I've been going into the living room where everything is stored and sort of

starting to putts a little bit and we got the sink out of the living room. So that's a huge accomplishment.

There's no longer a massive sink sitting

in the middle of my living room.

So that feels decluttered, let me tell you.

No kidding.

Just being able to put some order back into place, I suppose.

Yeah, yeah, and it's like, oh, you know, I can feel it, just little glimmers of hope like oh you you do know how to keep

the house yeah coming it's coming back I think that's honestly one of the trickiest parts when okay Angela and I have 10

children between the two of us we both have little small farms we both garden and we both

preserve things from that garden during the

summertime. We both cook from scratch. So there is so much going on in our homes and I

know people listening to the podcast some people are living in
